After a successful pop-up at Expo 2020 Dubai last year, award-winning chef David Myers decided to open his first-ever permanent burger restaurant at Yas Mall in May. Given Myers’ iconic burger recipe was once named “The Perfect Burger” by The New York Times, you can expect some seriously tasty patties. Alongside his signature burger, you can tuck into the ADRIFT burger with ajwain jam, pickled jalapeños and Gruyere cheese, as well as the Impossible Earth burger, which is completely vegan.
