Movements based on all functional training needed for bodyweight training. Focused on helping develop the necessary skills and fitness to progress in your calisthenics journey

Graduates Class

Level 2 Calisthenics Class

This class will focus on the harder Gymnastics based movement

Assessment to join will be conducted on booking

Tumbling class

Flipping made easy.

Come learn the basics of gymnastics tumbling.

Progressions to make sure you safely learn the cool party tricks you've always wanted

Inversions Class

Handstand training for all levels. Learn everything you need to learn to balance on your hands

Parkour

Learn to jump climb run and vault like a ninja! Safe progressions and exciting movements in this class. Be ready to face some fears and unlock some awesome skills

Kids parkour

Parkour for kids builds confidence, creates body awareness, promotes creativity and loads of fun for your kids

Flexibility Class

Gymnastics and circus based stretching class, focusing on optimal mobility and controlled functional movement

Our version of a Crossfit class, Olympic lifting combined with calisthenics exercises come to find a more intense workout here
