Al Fanar Restaurant revives Emirati ambiance in the 1960s, and with the taste of Authentic Emirati Cuisine. With the rapid growth and constant advancements of the Emirates, we are experiencing a great amount of globalization, an interchange of world ideas, and other aspects of culture. Among that, is the influence of the world’s cuisines into our daily diets. Above all, we are on the verge of losing our national identity when it comes to food. Al Fanar is here to introduce Emirati cuisine to the local and international market. The restaurant wasn’t established for the sole purpose of introducing Emirati cuisine, but also to act as a mini-museum where tourists and the new generation visit to learn about the Emirati culture.
