Taking after his Peruvian roots and love for the world’s cuisines, ZOCO’s food menu is an enticing, fiery, and flavorful culmination of it all. Having travelled the world, Chef Gustavo’s never out of ideas, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Mexico fare with offerings ranging from the Peruvian-Japanese fusion of Nikkei cuisine to the time-honoured culinary traditions of Mexico. 


Chef Gustavo’s three favourite dishes: the Carretillero Ceviche, fish Chicharron bao, and fish Melozo rice reflect the wide variety of fare that defines the Americas with creative interpretations of his own. What sets ZOCO’s menu apart? It’s the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients that weave in incredible flavours you won’t find elsewhere!
