As part of Dusit Thani Dubai’s new wellness initiative, the luxury hotel at DIFC has introduced the Japanese rice bowl restaurant with an exciting alcohol-free menu and a huge selection of incredible dishes on offer.

The restaurant itself is bright and airy, with a huge central slate table, seats at the open kitchen to watch the chefs and individual tables dotted along the vast windows. Japanese art including Uchiwa Fafns and Furoshki Boxes cover the walls giving the whole space a traditional and relaxed vibe.

There’s a huge array of traditional Japanese fare available, from Maki to Ramen, Wagyu beef to salmon.
