Mare by Bussola is bringing a fresh slice of San Giuseppe to Dubai this February, as Maturazioni Pizzeria, ranked ‘Pizzerie Eccellenti’ among the ‘Top 50 Pizza’ by 50 Top Pizza in the prestigious 2024 list, takes over for a special three-night only pop-up event. From February 19th to 21st, the lush grounds of Mare by Bussola will be transformed into an Italian culinary haven, where guests can indulge in viral Neapolitan dishes, all prepared by the husband-and-wife duo, Antonio Conza and Gabriella Esposito.
In their limited-edition menu at Mare by Bussola, Maturazioni is bringing their viral Neapolitan dishes to Dubai, including the irresistible Frittatina Tradizionale Napoletana with bucatini fritters, béchamel, minced beef, and provola, and the Bufalina in Due Cotture, a Neapolitan classic with San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and basil. Known for their authentic approach to Neapolitan flavors, Maturazioni offers Dubai a unique opportunity to taste their renowned creations. With a live DJ, an aperitivo setting, and refreshing Birra Moretti beer, this event is the perfect match for a Dubai sunset. The pop-up will be held at Mare by Bussola from 1pm to 6pm on February 19th & 20th and at Bussola Lounge from 7pm - 11pm on February 21st.
