At just 35 years old, Chef Evgeny Vikentev is a big deal – he’s the youngest chef of Beluga, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Russia, talk about a prodigy! Beluga isn’t just any Russian restaurant, it’s one of Moscow's top restaurants with a consistent spot on La Liste since 2017, competing against the world’s top 1,000 restaurants.

He's known for taking classic Russian dishes and elevating them with a modern makeover, using an array of incredible ingredients from all over Russia. Anything from Murmansk scallops to Kamchatka crabs are fair game in his kitchen! The Russian prodigy is pulling out all the stops with the Beluga Dubai pop-up to bring his signature innovation behind the counter, crafting a bespoke 5-course set menu. The Beach House’s exclusive Beluga pop-up showcases the chef’s signature dishes, such as shrimp with Jerusalem artichoke purée and a decadent Cep mushroom mousse dessert to top it all off.

A Michelin Experience Under Dubai’s Stars

Offering a taste of Russia's culinary excellence with a modern twist, this Michelin-starred restaurant experience in Dubai will be at The Beach House for only two nights on the 23rd and 24th of March from 7.15pm to 9.30pm. Begin your journey with Chef Evgeny Vikentev’s dishes with the AED575 5-course set menu experience and elevate the night with an optional wine pairing at an additional AED350 (one glass per dish).
