A Trio of Culinary Events at The Beach House

World Pizza Champion Chef Danilo Sangrigoli

Kicking off the series with a bang on 10th February, Chef Danilo Sangrigoli, a celebrated three-time World Pizza Champion, will make his way to The Beach House to exhibit his competition-winning acrobatic dough twirling and rapid pizza-making skills. Aside from his winning competitive career, Chef Danilo is a Guinness World Record holder with the fastest pizza-making time, having crafted a whopping 540 pizzas in 103 minutes!

For his visit to The Beach House, Chef Danilo will be preparing an exclusive pizza menu with beloved classics such as the Margherita to his trailblazing innovations such as the tasty Bianca Neve and the seafood-rich “Dream” pizza. This exciting introductory event promises a blend of Italian culinary expertise and theatrical presentation from the 10th to 18th February. If you love pizza, make your way down here.

Culinary Innovation With Chef Evgeny Vikentev

Join The Beach House to experience the exclusive Beluga pop-up for two nights of Michelin-starred culinary goodness by Chef Evgeny Vikentev! As the youngest chef from a Michelin-starred restaurant in Russia, Chef Evgeny is pulling out all the stops to bring his innovative perspective on traditional Russian dishes and craft a bespoke 5-course set menu with the same approach. The exclusive Beluga pop-up showcases dishes such as shrimp with Jerusalem artichoke purée and a decadent Cep mushroom mousse dessert to top it all off.

Offering a taste of Russia's culinary excellence with a modern twist, the Beluga pop-up will be at The Beach House on the 23rd and 24th of March from 7:15pm to 9:30pm. Available packages at this exclusive pop-up event range from an AED575 5-course set menu and an optional wine pairing at an additional AED350 (one glass per dish).

Oysters Shucking With Champion Chef Xavier Caille

Oysters aren’t fast, but Chef Xavier Caille sure is, bringing his World Champion oyster shucking pedigree to The Beach House to round out the event series. Watch Chef Xavier speed through opening 30 oysters in a sub-3-minute pace and indulge in his signature seafood recipes, with four special French oyster varieties. Discover the subtle tastes of oysters and global flavours with this event, running from 29th March to 7th of April to close out the trio of events.
