From the 23rd to the 25th of October, Westin’s Bussola will be ignited by the culinary magic of Maturazioni’s founders Chef Antonio Conza and Chef Gabriella Esposito, straight from San Giuseppe Vesuviano, Italy! Picture sun-drenched flavours with authentic Italian food in Dubai as you savour incredible dishes that have earned Maturazioni Pizzeria their Pizzerie Eccellenti 2024 ranking by 50 Top Pizza. 

As you step onto the stunning al fresco terrace at Bussola, the stage is set for you to enjoy a showcase of the renowned Italian pizzeria’s fare, especially their double-cooked doughs and their masterful use of various ingredients to create incredible flavours. The Maturazioni Pizzeria in Dubai is all set to craft beautifully charred, wood-fired crusts that are sure to transport you to the foothills of Naples.

After a refreshing aperitif and tasty antipasti, the tasting menu kicks off with a tasty tuna frittata and moves on to a pan-cooked pizza with a mix of eggplant, plum, tomato, and cheese. Next up is the famous double-cooked pizza topped with San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and green leaves of basil, followed by a contemporary Neapolitan pizza and its smokey flavours. Rounding out the tasting experience is a double-cooked sweet pizza tastefully topped with sweet cheese, apricot jam, and white chocolate flakes for a unique pizza by the beach!

Live Italian beats from a DJ will also be scoring the night, with a roaming Birra Moretti trolley to provide everyone with cold pints, and Bussola Pizzeria’s beloved à la carte offerings for anyone looking for more.
