Think Baron’s special eggplant, with a rich depth of flavor, tangy Shis Barak dumplings and fragrant Arnabieh. Then, dive into the slow-cooked Lamb Shoulder, served with aromatic saffron rice, or the spiced Cauliflower. The Farouj, grilled to perfection with golden, is paired with pillowy Marouk bread, while the roasted Grouper is bathed in tahini, its flaky flesh balanced by bursts of sweet pomegranate and nutty walnut tarator.
